From Board to Container

One workshop, one sequence: from green timber to a loaded container.

We pay attention to detail at every stage of production process.

Selection & parts

Teak is selected and cut to the part list before machining starts.

Kiln drying

Dried to a target moisture content under 15%.

Shaping & assembly

Cut, shaped and assembled into the finished piece.

Sanding & finishing

Sanded and finished.

Hardware fitting

Hinges, runners and fittings mounted before the piece is packed.

How to order

What We Need from You

You do not need a finished design to start. Most orders begin with a reference image and a target quantity.

From spec to container in three steps.

Step 01

Send your spec

Reference, drawing or collection code, quantity per item, the finish and packing you need, and your destination port. A photo of a piece you already sell is enough to start.

Step 02

We quote and confirm

Quotation follows your spec. Capacity is 7 to 8 × 40HQ per month, planned into the production calendar.

Step 03

Production and loading

8–10 weeks. Packing is planned against container volume.
